Structural Steel Project Manager

Pioneer Steel is now accepting resumes for the position of Project Manager. This full time position requires experience and a working knowledge of structural steel and cranes. Applicant should be able to estimate time and material requirements, develop budgets, manage cost and subcontractors, ensure that all contract terms and obligations of assigned projects are maintained. Prepare weekly reports, monthly billings, RFI’s, EWO’s, visits to jobsites for coordination and schedule meetings. This position also requires the ability to negotiate contracts, communicate with GC’s, engineering firms, fabrication firms and represent themselves and Pioneer Steel in a professional manner.

Location; New Castle, Colorado

Salary Range: DOE

Qualifications: HS Diploma and 5 years of related experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel industry. A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business for 3 years of the required experience.
